INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. (Jan. 27, 2021) – Diamond Peak Ski Resort received 10 inches of fresh snow overnight in the prelude to a major winter storm system that is forecast to drop multiple feet of new snow on the Lake Tahoe region.
The overnight snow brought Diamond Peak’s season-long snow total up to 76 inches for the 2020-21 ski season, and brought big smiles to the faces of powder-loving skiers and snowboarders on the slopes. Weather forecasts are predicting up to 51 additional inches of snowfall at Diamond Peak over the course of this winter storm system.
