2021-22 Season Pass Holder Perks 

Peak Pledge easy refund policy

2021-22 Season Pass holders are eligible for a refund on unused passes if requested by January 15, 2022. (Note: a $25 processing fee will be applied for each season pass refunded; however, the processing fee will be waived if the resort cannot operate due to COVID-19 restrictions.) No insurance needed. No doctor’s note needed. Just contact Guest Services by January 15 if you have not used your pass and would like a refund. Any refunds after this date will only be permitted with a doctor’s note, and will be subject to proration.

On-Mountain Discounts

Diamond Peak Season Pass holders get discounts on the mountain during the ski season when you show your season pass.

• Diamond Peak Rental & Repair Shop: 20% off equipment tuning
• Diamond Peak Base Lodge & Wild Bill's at Snowflake Lodge: 10% off food and nonalcoholic beverages
• Discounts on Diamond Peak Last Tracks event tickets (subject to availability)

Bonus Lift Tickets

Show your 2021-22 Diamond Peak Season Pass to receive free bonus lift tickets at partner resorts during the 2021-22 ski season. Bonus tickets at partner resorts for the 2021-22 season include:   

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PASS HOLDERS FROM DIAMOND PEAK'S PARTNER RESORTS:
All partner resort pass holders are blacked out at Diamond Peak during peak periods including Dec. 18, 2021 – Jan. 2, 2022; Jan. 14 – 17, 2022; Feb. 18 – 27, 2022. (Homewood pass holders are also blacked out on all Saturdays.) To redeem your tickets, please present your current season pass from a partner resort at any Diamond Peak Will Call/Ticket window. Diamond Peak will have a list provided by partner resorts' Guest Services with all qualifying pass holders. Not all partner resort passes include these benefits, please check your resort's season pass perk information. For example only "Beyond Bogus" and "True Bogus" passes from Bogus Basin qualify for bonus tickets.  Qualified pass holders may redeem one (1) ticket per day for personal use. Diamond Peak has the right to impose additional restrictions or reservation requirements due to the COVID-19 pandemic at any time so make sure to check this page prior to your visit. 

Bonus Lift Ticket offer is not valid for 6 & Under/80+ free Diamond Peak pass holders. Bonus tickets may have blackout dates. We attempt to accurately list those above, but please call and confirm with partner resorts. Midweek Passes are only valid for midweek skiing at the partner resorts. Lift tickets are not transferable, are age restricted, are valid for that day of skiing only, and cannot be rain checked, exchanged, or re-issued. Valid for (1) free ticket per person per day. This is a reciprocal agreement only; Diamond Peak neither owns nor operates any of the partner resorts. For questions regarding eligibility or redemption at the other resorts, please call their main offices.

* If a partner resort offers less than 4 days (see above), that resort's pass holders receive the same number of days at Diamond Peak.

** Homewood Mountain Resort pass holders are blacked out at Diamond Peak on all Saturdays, plus the peak dates listed above. 

Resort partners may impose COVID-19 related capacity restrictions or require reservations that could affect your ability to redeem bonus lift tickets. Please check with individual resorts to confirm blackout dates, operating status and redemption instructions.

4 Discounted Bring-A-Friend Tickets

Get your friends on the mountain for a discounted rate of $30 off the adult window rate for lift tickets. Pass holder and friend(s) must be present to redeem. Pass holders can redeem up to four discounted Bring-A-Friend tickets during the 2021-22 season. Bring-A-Friend tickets will be available at the windows even on days the resort has capped tickets or sold out of public tickets. 

Get Scanned to Win Contest

Getting an accurate count of how many skiers and riders we have on the mountain is very important, so we're asking all of our season pass holders to make a concerted effort to have your pass scanned at least once every day you ski/ride (hopefully every lift ride). To make that prospect more exciting, we're going to be offering up weekly prize giveaways featuring a great selection of Diamond Peak gear (t-shirts, hats, sunglasses, hoods, fanny packs and more) for pass holders. You will receive (1) entry into the weekly drawing for every day your pass is scanned at the resort during the prior week; so if you ski seven days, that's seven chances to win! And we'll also have a Grand Prize drawing at the end of the season with an even better prize. So don't shy away from those ticket scanners this year - they're doing their jobs to ensure we're managing our skier volume in line with our health & safety protocols, and they're also getting you entered to win some sweet prizes.

Appreciation Events

We host fun Season Pass Holder Appreciation Events to show some extra love to the people who support us year after year. Join us for our annual winter and spring pass holder events! Details will be posted on the Events Calendar as well as emailed. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Appreciation Events may be delayed, altered or canceled.

• Winter Event: DP Pass Holder Holiday Giveaway (Opening Day through December 31st): We're upping the ante on our Get Scanned to Win Contest to kick off the season! A Season Pass Holder will win a super special swag bag for each day we are open in December (we may pick a few extra winners since we opened later than usual). You will receive (1) entry into the drawing for every day your pass is scanned during the month of December. Prizes will be announced and available to pick up in January. 

Stored Value (aka PassCash)

Load funds onto your Diamond Peak season pass to use at the resort. PassCash is a convenient option for children or those who don’t like to carry their credit card with them on the slopes.

• Add Stored Value/PassCash: Login to the online store using the same account you used to purchase your season pass. Click “My Account” in the top right then select “Stored Value" if you aren't already on that page. Type in the amount you want to add to each family member and then click “Add to Cart” to proceed to the checkout process. 
• Use Stored Value/PassCash: Just let our cashiers know that you would like to use your PassCash when you are paying for food, drinks and other products at the resort. You will have to scan your pass at the register so make sure you have it handy at checkout.

Loyalty Buddy Ticket for renewing pass holders (Early Bird Perk)

As a thank you for your continued loyalty, 2020-21 pass holders who renewed a full/unrestricted pass by April 30, 2021 will receive one (1) complimentary “Loyalty Buddy Ticket” valid for a non-peak adult lift ticket during the 2021-22 ski season. 

Details: The complimentary loyalty buddy ticket is loaded onto your pass holder profile, and you just need to bring your guest and your season pass to any ticket window to redeem it during the 2021-22 season. Complimentary loyalty buddy tickets are not valid during peak periods (Dec. 18, 2021 - Jan. 2, 2022; Jan. 14 - 17, 2022; Feb. 18 – 27, 2022). Complimentary loyalty buddy tickets are only provided to paid 2021-22 season pass holders who renew their season passes by April 30, 2021. Complimentary loyalty buddy tickets are not provided to midweek passholders or those who receive a free season pass including 6 & Under and 80+ pass holders. Loyalty buddy tickets are for use by friends or family of the season pass holder and are not for resale. Resale or misuse of loyalty buddy tickets will result in suspension of season pass privileges. Loyalty buddy tickets must be used during the 2021-22 ski season and will not roll over to future seasons if unused. Loyalty buddy tickets can be given to guests of any age to utilize. Loyalty buddy tickets hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
