Pre-Arrival Tips

touchless transactionsPurchase online or by phone

We strongly encourage that all skiers purchase their lift tickets*, lessons, equipment rentals, and season passes online through our ecommerce store. Lessons must be purchased in advance. Not only will your transaction at the window be quicker, but you also save money when you purchase lift tickets and rentals online (even day-of). Private lessons currently can only be booked via phone.

*IVGID lift tickets are currently not available online. Present your IVGID Picture Pass or Recreation Punch Card at the Ticket Windows on the day you want to ski to purchase an IVGID lift ticket.

Holiday parking & arrival tips

  • Parking at Diamond Peak is available in multiple locations including the Upper Base Lodge parking lot, the Lower Skier Services parking lot, the Big Water parking lot (just down the street), and off-site parking at Aspen Grove and other locations. Click here for more information.
  • On holiday weekends, parking in the lots close to the resort fills up very quickly, so plan to arrive by 8 a.m. or earlier if you want to park within walking distance of your vehicle.
  • Groups arriving later can utilize the 5-minute unloading zones at the resort to drop off equipment and people, then the driver can go park the vehicle in the currently available lot and take the shuttle back to the resort.
