The Pass Office is open with limited hours during the fall. Reach out if you need assistance purchasing online or have questions about your pass. You can reach Guest Services by phone, email or in person Monday through Friday 9am-3pm (closed 11/24-25 for Thanksgiving).

Log in to our online store to update your account information, upload photos and purchase or renew your season pass.
Renewing Pass Holders: Select the “Renew” option in the menu to receive the bonus perks that come with renewing your pass. If you would like a new photo/pass you must still renew your pass, upload a new photo in Photo Management and then contact Guest Services when you would like to pick up your new pass.

Season pass age is determined by pass holder’s age on 12/1/22. After 12/1/22 categories are determined by pass holder's age at the time of purchase.
2022-23 Season Pass Holder Perks
Peak Pledge easy refund policy
2022-23 Season Pass holders are eligible for a refund on unused passes if requested by January 15, 2023. (Note: a $25 processing fee will be applied for each season pass refunded.) No insurance needed. No doctor’s note needed. Just contact Guest Services by January 15 if you have not used your pass and would like a refund. Any refunds after this date will only be permitted with a doctor’s note, and will be subject to proration.

Bonus Lift Tickets
Show your unrestricted 2022-23 Diamond Peak Season Pass to receive free bonus lift tickets at partner resorts during the 2022-23 ski season. Bonus tickets at partner resorts for the 2022-23 season include those listed below. Check back often as we add more partners to the list!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PASS HOLDERS FROM DIAMOND PEAK'S PARTNER RESORTS:
All partner resort pass holders are blacked out at Diamond Peak during peak periods including Dec. 23, 2022 – Jan. 8, 2023; Jan. 13 – 16, 2023; Feb. 17 – 26, 2023. (Homewood pass holders are also blacked out on all Saturdays. Beaver Mountain pass holders are also blacked out on all Saturdays and Sundays.) To redeem your tickets, please present your current season pass from a partner resort at any Diamond Peak Ticket window. Diamond Peak will have a list provided by partner resorts' Guest Services with all qualifying pass holders. Not all partner resort passes include these benefits, please check your resort's season pass perk information. Qualified pass holders may redeem one (1) ticket per day for personal use. Diamond Peak has the right to impose additional restrictions or reservation requirements at any time so make sure to check this page prior to your visit.

Bonus Lift Ticket offer is not valid for 6 & Under/80+ free Diamond Peak pass holders. Bonus tickets may have blackout dates. We attempt to accurately list those above, but please call and confirm with partner resorts. Midweek Passes are only valid for midweek skiing at the partner resorts, unless otherwise listed above. Lift tickets are not transferable, are age restricted, are valid for that day of skiing only, and cannot be rain checked, exchanged, or re-issued. Valid for (1) free ticket per person per day. This is a reciprocal agreement only; Diamond Peak neither owns nor operates any of the partner resorts. For questions regarding eligibility or redemption at the other resorts, please call their main offices.
* If a partner resort offers less than 3 days (see above), that resort's pass holders receive the same number of days at Diamond Peak.
** Beaver Mountain pass holders are blacked out at Diamond Peak on all weekends, plus the peak dates listed above.
Resort partners may impose capacity restrictions or require reservations that could affect your ability to redeem bonus lift tickets. Please check with individual resorts to confirm blackout dates, operating status and redemption instructions.
4 Discounted Bring-A-Friend Tickets
Get your friends on the mountain for a discounted rate of $30 off the adult window rate for lift tickets. Pass holder and friend(s) must be present to redeem. Pass holders can redeem up to four discounted Bring-A-Friend tickets during the 2022-23 season. (Perk not available to free 6 & Under/80+ pass holders.)
Appreciation Events
We host fun Season Pass Holder Appreciation Events to show some extra love to the people who support us year after year. Join us for fun pass holder events! Details will be posted on the Events Calendar as well as emailed.
Stored Value (aka PassCash)
Load funds onto your Diamond Peak season pass to use at the resort. PassCash is a convenient option for children or those who don’t like to carry their credit card with them on the slopes.
- Add Stored Value/PassCash: Login to the online store using the same account you used to purchase your season pass. Click “My Account” in the top right then select “Stored Value" if you aren't already on that page. Type in the amount you want to add to each family member and then click “Add to Cart” to proceed to the checkout process.
- Use Stored Value/PassCash: Just let our cashiers know that you would like to use your PassCash when you are paying for food, drinks and other products at the resort. You will have to scan your pass at the register so make sure you have it handy at checkout.
Loyalty Buddy Ticket for renewing pass holders (Early Bird Perk)
As a thank you for your continued loyalty, 2021-22 pass holders who renewed a full/unrestricted pass by April 30, 2022 will receive one (1) complimentary “Loyalty Buddy Ticket” valid for a non-peak adult lift ticket during the 2022-23 ski season.
Details: The complimentary loyalty buddy ticket is loaded onto your pass holder profile, and you just need to bring your guest and your season pass to any ticket window to redeem it during the 2022-23 season. Complimentary loyalty buddy tickets are not valid during peak periods (Dec. 23, 2022 - Jan. 8, 2023; Jan. 13 - 16, 2023; Feb. 17 - 26, 2023). Complimentary loyalty buddy tickets are only provided to paid 2022-23 season pass holders who renew their season passes by April 30, 2022. Complimentary loyalty buddy tickets are not provided to midweek passholders or those who receive a free season pass including 6 & Under and 80+ pass holders. Loyalty buddy tickets are for use by friends or family of the season pass holder and are not for resale. Resale or misuse of loyalty buddy tickets will result in suspension of season pass privileges. Loyalty buddy tickets must be used during the 2022-23 ski season and will not roll over to future seasons if unused. Loyalty buddy tickets can be given to guests of any age to utilize. Loyalty buddy tickets hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
Getting Your 2022-23 Season Pass
If you purchased a new pass, you will pick it up at the resort's Guest Services window. The Guest Services window is open with limited hours during the fall (view current hours) and 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. during the ski season. Passes bought during the off-season are typically printed in the fall when the Guest Services staff returns to the office. We cannot print the pass if we do not have all required information, including a photo and current liability waiver form (filled out online). If you are a renewing passholder who needs a new pass card or photo, please upload your new photo in your online account and then send us an email at ticketoffice@ivgid.org (your old pass will become inactive).

Transferable Season Passes
Diamond Peak's Transferable Season Pass is fully transferable which means you can share it with your family, employees, customers or anyone you choose. Use it any day of the week, including weekends and holidays/peak periods, during the current season. Limited quantities are available. These passes go on sale in May for the upcoming season.
